We updated TOC but our landing page still have cards according to old structure, we should update that too.

For design: right now the cards and TOC match up with a few exceptions. Cards have "platforms" and "fundamentals" while TOC has roadmap, DbContext, Logging/events/diag, testing, miscellaneous, and performance. I can organize the cards to be in the same order as the TOC but the question is what to swap platforms and fundamentals for? Do we pick two of the TOC top-level items or are there two card names that can contain overlapping content with the TOC? Also, we have a card for "previous versions" that only has one item in it, should we get rid of that and free a third slot?

I suggest we nix the platforms card because the platforms are duplicated in the "develop your own app" or "get started." We can sync these and format it like platform: title to make it clear.
