CS effort for repo: IIS-docs and MicrosoftDocs/IIS.Administration-docs

Image scans: 512 images in IIS-docs 1 image in IIS.Administration-docs

Tasks:

• Consider first running Genevieve's Clean Repo Tool to identify and get rid of all images that are orphaned. That alone may help clear a number of these out.
• Review and triage all images first.
• For images that need to be fixed, set a plan for fixing them and schedule.
