MVC Get Started Tutorial: Clarify project directory

Description

Unified feedback control verbatim backlog 1/8/24: Developer is unsure of where to place the project/solution or if it matters.

High traffic topic.

I don't think it would hurt to mention the project can be any location they like. For new .NET developers it will not be readily clear if .NET requires projects to be in any expected location to build and run.
