Notification settings are not saved when changed

When changing settings on this page, they are no longer saved after refresh.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://online.ntnu.no/profile/settings/notifications
2. Change any setting
3. Refresh
4. See that it's reset
5. whatkindoffuckeryisthis.jpeg2000

Expected behavior Settings are not reset after refresh
