Refactor Offline-page to share components with Frontpage

Describe the solution you'd like

Currently, Frontpage and OfflinePage shares the two very similar components. They should probably reuse the same components, and just use separate view types.

One should also consider using features from events/SearchModule to stick to a style pattern as well adding compatibility for lots of future Offlines.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Keep it like it is since it's only two pages and not that many Offlines yet?
