Built-in dark theme glitching (Windows 10 build)

OS: Windows 10 When enabled there are still white parts in the UI and the new tab button is also not visible dot_ORxEVnbKrM

The + button is there, just not visible because it's white on a white background.

Seems like if you use this add-on it works fine, but then I have the same problem as dothq/browser-desktop#76 dot_JVcV4ARdX0
