Describe the bug Putting a [#content#] tag in between a conditional makes those conditional tags render out

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Put a [#content#] tag in between a conditional
2. Build
3. Open a web browser

Expected behavior Those conditional tags not rendered out
