File moving in Explorer pane by drag and drop

It's not currently possible to move files within the Explorer window: the only drag functionality in the control is of paths as text (so you can drop those in the editor). Proper handling of file drag and drop is sort of expected with IDEs like this. Look to Vistual Studio's implementation, probably.

It would be nice to be able to drag files into AutoSite as well.
