Allow passing metaData to fetcher in generated react-query hooks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We need to pass additional args to the fetcher, e.g., a signal which is currently impossible with a generated code despite the library allowing it.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like an interface through which the arguments could be passed to the fetcher

Describe alternatives you've considered

The only alternative to manually edit the generated file every time which, of course, is far from ideal.

Additional context I'm happy to suggest a PR adding this functionality and relevant tests
