The function of cheering for the team. You click on the hero or team (when watching a match) or write in the chat (!radiant / !dire) that you want to support, and it starts to glow more when more people support, and depending on the number of votes, cheering sounds are played

You can do an integration, for example, with dots (I don't know what exactly is needed yet, I'm just sketching ideas) or do the same design, and it will be interesting to watch.
