Show the status of commands and features so that it is publicly available. Why? Many viewers go to the stream and do not understand why some commands do not work and they think that the bot does not work at all. Therefore, as an option, you can make a public page that will send a link to this page before each game (where you can see which commands and features are enabled/disabled).

Or, for example, make it so that !commands already takes this into account and shows what features and commands are available.

If someone uses a command that is not used by the streamer, then send a message once that a public page with enabled/disabled commands is available
