Character count on block editor field doesn't work if the content type has multiple block editor fields

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add two block editor fields to a content type.
2. Add content
3. Notice the first block editor's count doesn't change until you type in the second block editor field

Acceptance Criteria

the count should work for the block editor it is associated with.
