User Story

As part of the analytics work, we may need to track call not only to a first front layer such as resources or servlets, but also to core java api In that scenarios we want to create an annotation that basically helps to tell to dotCMS that we want to track the information context, when the method is being called

We have two just keep in mind that a java core method could be called from a request context or not; in the first scenario we can try to get the request from the current thread and use the pipeline described on the main issue, otherwise will try to retrieve only what we could

We will discuss the details of the annotation attributes later

Acceptance Criteria

Methods annotation will end up tracking the activity on the clickhouse db
