Allow users to relate new content when creating new content

User Story

As a content creator, I want to be able to relate new content while I am in the process of creating new content, so I can more quickly create content with nested relationships.

Acceptance Criteria

When creating a new content item, I should be able to use the "relate new content" button. When clicking on "relate new content", dotCMS should automatically save the content currently being created. Once the new related content is created, automatically dotCMS navigates back to the original content item being edited.
