Export configuration password error clarity

Problem Statement

Users are experiencing difficulties when trying to export app configurations in dotCMS due to unclear error messages related to password issues. The current error messages do not specify the nature of the password problem, whether it's due to incorrect input, format issues, or permission problems. This lack of clarity leads to user frustration and inefficiency.

Right now we get this error: Error exporting configuration(s)

And if you go the log you will see this complete error: The password must be a string with a length between 14 and 32', fieldName='password

Steps to Reproduce

• Log in to the dotCMS admin panel.
• Navigate to the section for exporting app configurations.
• Attempt to export an app configuration using a password that either does not meet the requirements
• Observe the error message displayed.

Acceptance Criteria

Clear Error Messaging: When a password error occurs during export, the system should display a specific and clear error message that identifies the nature of the problem.
