Recently dotCMS released a workaround to handle SI-68 however, for very older version of the browser (chrome) can be restricted to implement workaround.

Here the piece of code that added ;jsessionid= as a hack to work on older version that we need to remove. https://github.com/dotCMS/core/blob/master/dotCMS/src/main/java/org/apache/velocity/tools/struts/SecureLinkTool.java#L148

To get full understanding please see the ticket.

Just remove unused code that can create problem in the future for a security fix specially.
