[UI] Add Variants to experiments

Requirements:

  • Add a new Variant, request a required name with a sidebar

Add variant name update the view Create Experiments - Set Variants

By Variation

  • View button
  • Edit button (Not the primary)
  • Menu or Icon to delete Variations
  • Clickable weight, to open the sidebar to change the Target split allocation.

Passed Internal QA:

  • Able to add up to two variants to the experiment
  • Variants listed correctly showing right percentages and url
  • Able to delete variants

Being able to edit the variant description is pending on a separate card https://github.com/dotCMS/core/issues/23479

Fixed, tested on release 23.01 // Docker // FF

New card related to limit the number of variants that you should be able to create from the API reported in a new card.
