Add slack notifications for core-web actions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We have Slack notifications when the core-web tests failed but we also need with others actions we have in the system.

Describe the solution you'd like Please add Slack notifications with the same format as the ones for tests for:

• Publish to Dotcms UI publish_dotcms_ui.yml
• Publish Docs & Storybool publish_docs.yml
• Publish to Dotcms Webcomponents publish_webcomponents.yml

Additional context

• We can do the same format as we did with tests.
• Add different icons to each so it is easy to identify in the Slack channel.
