Catalina patcher, new volume not showing in list

I'm trying to create a Catalina installer using the patcher. I have a USB stick formatted as per your video and available on my system (a 2021 MacBook Pro running Ventura). When I run the patcher, and select the "Create a Bootable Installer" I see "Recovery", my local HD and two timemachine drives. The screen gives the impression that there's a list off to the right but I can't scroll, so can't see my USB drive. I've already unmounted my network drives (they showed up first).

Is there a way around that?
