Mac Pro 4,1 black screen on 1st boot

After installing the Catalina patcher 10.15.7 there’s about 15 minutes to go of the installer and it goes blank on the screen I leave it for another 30 minutes before I’ve restarted the Mac . Mac Pro boots up but there is no display showing I get a notification on my phone saying that the Mac Pro is now using iCloud so I’m assuming this is a hardware issue with the graphics card. ? am using Nvidia Quattro 4000 Graphics card

I can boot into recovery mode and have use the macOS post install options including legacy video card patch option. I can’t think of anything else I can use to make this work .

Have also tried and failed to get the USB to boot as not showing up as a start-up disk.

give me suggestions please
