shutdown / restart fixes Penryn

If you configure only what is described in the manual for these processors, then everything works, with the exception of shutting down or restarting the computer. Tip: Please add a description of each to the manual. Quirks In chapter ACPI.I managed to fix shutdown / restart problems thanks to ACPI - Quirks - FadtEnableReset - True. Thanks. It might be helpful for others who also face this problem.
