hai i am done making multi bootable macos using usb / drive

my quetion is, how make monterey / big sur bootable usb with opencore-legacy-patcher with option choice partition selection like catalina or mojave patcher

What steps have you taken to troubleshoot this?

The logic behind why we implemented the system this way was to avoid users incorrect formatting their installer leading to compatibility issues with createinstallmedia and EFI installation.

I don't believe it's unreasonable to support manual partition selection for installer creation, however as of right now it's a low priority. As a work around for yourself, simply use createinstallmedia manually, there is no different between this and an installer created with OCLP. Only difference would be installing OCLP afterwards to the USB's EFI Partition.
