Thanks for having started this library! What are your plans with it? There are 3 IMHO good to merge PR awaiting feedback and merge. Also releasing a new version would be great. Could you do that anytime soonish? Are you looking for a new maintainer? ( I could step in, but only if I also get [shared] pypi release rights, I was already trapped in a lib where I could merge but not release and it was horrible)
Another option would be to move it to the sqlalchemy org https://github.com/sqlalchemy/ ?

It seems fairly clear that this project is abandoned / unmaintained.
FYI I have started a fork at https://github.com/AntiSol/sqlalchemy-timescaledb which includes the fixes in the PR I just raised.
I also intend on merging in the PRs lodged against this repo as they all look good to me.
I will likely end up packaging my fork for pip, too.
Anyone wanting to use / collaborate on a more-maintained version of this is encouraged to check out my fork :)
