What is the latest and greatest on this thing? The getting started is from 2 years ago

This thing is still a mess; it'll probably be a while before it's installable. About half the code is dead and needs to be culled, there's no test suite to speak of, there's probably half a dozen upstream things that need a diplomacy mission to get patches merged, and definitely any documentation about how to get it running needs to be (re)written. Thanks for your interest, but all this is realistically still months away.
