Best practice for covariates using SCCAN method?

Hi there,

SCCAN method only allows single-column of behavioral scores. What is the best practice for incorporating covariates such as age? Should covariate model residuals be used as the input column, or can we get a "score" per participant such as cosine-similarity between lesion map and weights map?
