Updated project site & wiki

I recreated the CoRD project page for GitHub, you can see it here ~~here~~. If you would like to use it, you have to create a gh-pages branch and I can submit a pull request. I also migrated most of the wiki pages to GitHub wikis. Not sure how I can submit a pull request for that one, but it's yours if you'd like it.

Hopefully, this will attract more users who may want to contribute to the project.

I'll give you commit privileges so you can merge it in yourself. I'll see about moving the webpage to it. This would certainly be much easier to edit.

I think there's a way to access wiki thru git.

Hey, sorry I haven't gotten back onto this, been a little busy. Is that current the PayPal donation address ([email protected])? Also, should I change the sourceforge email address ([email protected]) on the Support and Developments pages?

Also, the Google Analytics code is implemented if you still use it, you'll have to set it up on your end I believe.

If there's anything you need me to add or change on the Wiki, I can take care of that too.
