Added information on how to collect real-time metrics.

In the previous 'Readme' there were no instructions on how to get the 'secret' of the 'event-handler'.

Ah, good stuff, thanks! @rogerthatdev can you take a look? I think this is some information that got lost when we upgraded the terraform installer process.
