Changing the theme of the dialog?

Is it possible to change the theme of the dialog of tdm?

I would like to use something that would look more similar to what cdm has, however cdm I can't seem to get working.

Preferably something I can manually change.

How can I get something like this to work?

After a quick look at cdm's source code, they use dialog themes (through the DIALOGRC environment variable, see here).

For now, you can set up the dialogrc file in your home directory or set up the DIALOGRC variable in tdminit.

Ideally I would like to add proper theming support, with easy theme changing. Feel free to create a PR if you want.
