Document.save doesnt save extensions

I just noticed that Document.save only saves the settings and attributes keys, but Document.load loads settings, attributes and extensions.

@jacebrowning is that deliberate or should I file a fix?

Hi @robtaylor, no it isn't intentional, it is definitely a bug
