Colons ":" cannot be used within keyword

Unfortunately currently it is not possible to use ":" within the ref_keyword although the character ":" is perfectly valid at this point and is not forbidden by the yaml specification.

I have provided a PR https://github.com/doorstop-dev/doorstop/pull/632 with a possible solution
