Issues with doom-nord and Doom Modeline (cyan color and hover)

What happened?

Select colors and the highlight you get from hovering over a selection is incorrect

Notice the cyan on the lightbulb LSP indicator doesn't appear in the nord color palette

Hovering over a box results in this weird "plus" shaped highlight instead of a normal rectangular one

What did you expect to happen?

The cyan color should be changed to something that fits the color palette, and the box should appear more rectangular.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Doom Emacs and Doom Modeline
2. Set doom theme to nord
3. Doom sync and open modeline
