I think we all want this. Which of us will find the time to implement it first? If I do, I'll give it a shot.

I'd recommend holding off on doing this until (late) August 2021. I'm a week away from finishing our rewritten theme API -- a complete rewrite of all our themes will follow shortly (and then the adjustment period that follows any large rework like this) -- so now is the worst time to submit new themes.

I worked on (kind of) tron-theme months ago. I am saying kind of because I had to tweak the colors a bit to be more comfortable to stare at for long periods of time (based on my own preference of course). tbh, I am not using it quite often, so it might contain some visual bugs. It could be something that somebody might be interested in tho, check out the screenshot below and the link to the doom-theme file.

note: the theme is built on top of one-dark, colors are changed to match Tron's.
