Unable to add host - Button not functioning

  1. LoginBystepActivity screen
  2. Add host details
  3. Button on lower right corner of the screen doesn't seem to respond

Device: Kyocera KC-S701 Android 4.4.2

I try to test this app, but no success. In LoginByStepActivity I see only name and host, no port, ssl, user, pass. The button of the right buttom does nothing. Phone: Samsung Galaxy S3.
