How to check if there is a Pending Payment that already purchased?

Expected behavior

If there's a pending payment that already purchased by the user, then I want to:

1. fetch & unlock purchased product, so user can get their purchased product
2. call finishTransaction to finish the payment
3. lastly, user can get their purchased product

How to check if there is a Pending Payment that already purchased?
