I also have this issue. I have checked the status of my subscriptions on the google play console and they read 'Active'

Had the same issue, followed all steps, it seems that this just takes a while to be available for purchase - does not appear to be immediate.

I have this issue running in local with metro, but when taking the Internal testing version from Google play it works The code is the same one I have four account on my phone, they are all in the license testing list

That's a limitation of the Play Billing Library

Hi @andresesfm, Is there a way to fix this problem? I'm experiencing the same issue in the latest version of RN-IAP

UPDATE: Solved adding users to the testers list in Google Developer Console.

Last week I see this "purchase of this item is not currently available" on IOS.
