Add support to edit an existing review (loading markup)

The tool is great to write a new review. But is it not possible to load existing markup and then re-edit it.

A side-by-side view that displays both the WYSIWYG editor and the generated code editor would be perfect. Editing the WYSIWYG content should auto-update the "plain text" view and vice-versa.

Totally agree 😃 I'm planning to revisit this tool soon since there is still a need for it. I have a rework branch in progress.
