Upgrade 'Data Flow' to 2.0

This is similar to #33 but going even further, to prepare for the upcoming SCDF 2.0 release. I'll start a fork.

I'm investigating this in conjunction with https://github.com/donovanmuller/spring-cloud-deployer-openshift/issues/57

I'm interested to hear from others who are interested in this work.
