Summary

Adding flag like --monitor for multi-monitor movements

Motivation

Now, for example, when i want to switch or move tile between monitors i need to use additional movements and utils.

Detailed Description

As i see it, this is like 4 scenarios

Switch to next monitor

hyprnome --monitor

Switch to previous monitor

hyprnome --monitor --previous

Move selected tile to next monitor

hyprnome --monitor --move

Move selected tile to previous monitor

hyprnome --monitor --move --previous

Additional Context

Hyprnome is the most useful and favorite package right now for me. It has awesome UX and would love if specifically this functionality gonna be implemented
