r95 database files for refinem donot contain 16S files?

Hey @dparks1134

Just wanted to confirm that r95 GTDB files do not have the 16S files? here-https://data.ace.uq.edu.au/public/misc_downloads/refinem/

Depends what database you are referring to. The readme file explains each of the files. One of them is exclusively 16S sequences while the other is protein sequences.

I was confused about this also. The important info here is the line "the 16S file for GTDB R80 is recommended for use with RefineM" in the readme. So: There is no new 16S database for the r95 gtdb-dataset, but the r80 can/should be used instead

Alas, it seems that these are not compatible though, as seen in this issue: #52
