warning in taxon_profile

Hi,

I tried to use refineM to remove contamination based on genomic properties and taxonomic assignments. But I found the targeted bins is hardly refined which is 12% contaminated, so I took a look into the outputs and found WARNINGs in the log file generated during taxon_profile (as attached). In addition, the taxonomic assignment results are all unclassified to the bins according to genome_summary.tsv (as attached) and nothing was filtered according to bin_reports. Is that normal? genome_summary.txt refinem.log

Besides, the targeted bin seems to be hardly refined after refining based on genomic properites, could you please recommend me which criteria would be better to adjust?
