gsort for macOS instead of sort?

Dear CompareM team,

I am wondering whether comparem works for macOS via using gsort(GNU sort can be installed on macOS).

I am not sure. CompareM is no longer being actively supported. You might try the AAI calculator from the Kostas Lab: http://enve-omics.ce.gatech.edu/aai/
