Non reciprocal AAI

Hello,

Is it possible to use compareM to compute non-reciprocal AAI (different query and target genes). I ran it using the following command :

nice -19 comparem aai -c 36 query_genes.faa hits_sorted.tsv 1v2-AAI

But all AAI values were 0 (with 0 ortholog genes for all genomes).
