Failed to process sequence file

Good day, I am running CompareM on a directory and I got this result: Failed to process sequence file. What should I do to rectify this?

I'm also having this issue :-/ Unfortunately EzAAI is also having issues RN. I guess the gatech site is the only option ATM.
