Through github @gloriacruz ! You can start translating, but please do state which file you are translating on this issue. I am currently translating the README.md Also @navxx @kobernyk please do state which files would you like to translate

Hey all, most of the translations will be the contents of README.md, so not sure if separating out work only by file is optimal. You might want to work in a fork and coordinate on chunks of README.md.

Use my fork (https://github.com/sleweddock/system-design-primer), take a file and begin translating it, please do state before which file you are translating.

Once you have finished your translation, update it here with the name of the file that you translated
