App not loading keyboard for recently purchased Air75

I tried using this app with my MacBook Pro M1.
I connected my Air75 via USB in "Wired" mode to a USB-C Hub (Anker 332 USB-C Hub [5 in 1]).
I tried the "Reload" option in the file menu as well as closing and opening the app multiple times to no avail. Let me know if there's anything else I should try. Would love to help solve this if it's a real issue and not just something I've missed.

Same issue here. I flashed my Air75 for 2.0.3, also tried 2.1.5, but neither of them worked.
Just to be clear, those are Air75 v1s, correct? Air75 v2 devices do not support the NuPhy Console or Nudelta because they have actual decent firmware
