@mikejunk43 After your silent installation, do you have `C:\Program Files\Notepad++\plugins\Config\nppPluginList.dll` and `C:\Program Files\Notepad++\updater\GUP.exe` installed?
@BigJoe1979 > Is having GUP integral to the Plugin Admin working? Yes. Plugin Admin needs GUP.exe for downloading/installing plugins. Without GUP.exe Plugin Admin cannot work hence it is hidden.
I believe this issue is due to lack of GUP.exe so it's not a bug of installer.

@sjs1959 Thank you for your report. And sorry for your lost session data. Could you provide the content of your file `%APPDATA%\Notepad++\session.xml` please? Also, the content of `%APPDATA%\Notepad++\nppLogNulContentCorruptionIssue.log` please.
