老师，请问我在提取16S序列的时候遇到的这种报错该怎么解决？ "The program encountered an unforeseen problem, please report the bug at https://github.com/dongzhang0725/PhyloSuite/issues or send an email with the detailed traceback to [email protected]"
每次遇到这种序列都无法识别：
misc_feature <1..>2402
/note="contains 12S ribosomal RNA, tRNA-Val, and 16S
ribosomal RNA"
已经自定义过了，在“overview.csv”和“used_species.csv”文件里都显示所有序列提取成功，但是fas文件中这种note的序列都“消失”了，没有任何报错或者提示，extract_results中除了我指定提取的内容没有其它文件生成。如果单独只提取这种note的序列则会出现如上的报错。
要提取note，你可能需要在自定义提取设置里面的qualifiers加上note，见 http://phylosuite.jushengwu.com/dongzhang0725.github.io/PhyloSuite-demo/customize_extraction/

如果提取不到，肯定是设置没有弄好，你仔细看我前面发的那个教程，先搞清楚什么是feature，什么是qualifier。你说的这些都是属于不同类型的
