As of May 2022, the ppa for graalvm ce is provided with its [launchpad repo](https://launchpad.net/graalvm-ce). We should document the relationship & how to use these packages.
From [22.1.0](https://github.com/graalvm/graalvm-ce-builds/releases/tag/vm-22.1.0), graalvm does not provide Java 8 based version anymore. We should reflect it to the project.
