Time point legend for node coloring

Node coloring automatically creates mappings of expression values to vertical node coloring slices in the visualization (#566). However, it does not give user visual feedback as to which slices correspond to what time point. A legend should be created in the viewport, to provide this information. Additionally, users should be able to toggle the legend off/on.
