Update client-side testing document for PPI-related changes

Upcoming v7.2.0 consists mostly of bug fixes but there are some functional changes due to broadened PPI support. These should be reflected in the latest client-side testing JSON and document

I just checked the client-side testing JSON and document. It seems like the document didn't cover the difference between PPI and GRN for node coloring. So I feel like we can keep it for now, and don't need to adjust.

@ntran18 will review the .json files in GRNsight-archive to add test cases involving the GRN/PPI network mode plus other recently revised features that may vary based on whether the network being opened/viewed is a GRN or PPI

I'm reviewing the functionality availability table in the client side testing document here: https://github.com/dondi/GRNsight/wiki/Client-Side-Testing-Document#grnsight-function-availability-table

I'm not sure I'm understanding what is described in the table.

For example, what does "Sidebar Menu: Network -> Network Mode (Demos) - Default when no graph is shown" mean? I'm a little confused by the nomenclature for everything below this point. Before I can continue my review, I need to get clarification.

This means that when we first load GRNsight, and when we don't select any graphs or demos, the network mode is disabled, meaning you can't select anything.
